A Personal Message From Tammy

Hi, I’m Tammy Titus — founder of Alivea Wellness.
More than anything, I am a mother, grandmother, caregiver, dreamer, and someone who believes deeply in the power of love, kindness, and purpose.

My life has been shaped by family — not only through my children and grandchildren, but also through the blessing of loving foster and adopted children who became part of my heart and my story. Those experiences taught me something that changed my life forever: love is the greatest gift we can ever give another person. Real love restores hope, builds confidence, brings healing, and reminds people they matter.

Alivea was created from that same passion. I wanted to build more than a wellness company — I wanted to build something that could encourage people, strengthen families, inspire healthier living, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Every product, every idea, and every mission behind Alivea comes from a place of wanting people to feel valued, seen, supported, and empowered to live better lives.

I believe wellness is not only physical — it is emotional, mental, spiritual, and relational. When people feel loved, encouraged, and connected, incredible things begin to happen. That belief is at the center of everything we do.

My passion is helping others rise above their struggles, discover hope again, and realize they were created for purpose. Whether through wellness products, community outreach, retreats, or simply sharing encouragement, my goal is to leave people better than I found them.

Because at the end of the day, success is not measured only by what we build — but by how many lives we impact along the way.
