Shipping Policy

for Alivea Wellness

At Alivea Wellness, we are committed to providing quality products with care, integrity, and efficiency. Our goal is to ensure every order arrives safely and in a timely manner from our distribution center to your home or business.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume launches, promotions, holidays, or special events, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Shipping Locations

Alivea Wellness currently ships throughout the United States. International shipping availability may vary based on product type, regulations, and carrier limitations.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using trusted carriers including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Regional delivery partners

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, and delivery speed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Product type

  • Selected shipping speed

Promotional free shipping offers may apply to qualifying orders.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed once packages leave our distribution center.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email once an order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Alivea Wellness is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping

carrier, delivery responsibility falls to the carrier. While we will assist customers in locating packages whenever possible, Alivea Wellness is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Weather delays

  • Carrier delays

  • Delivery exceptions outside our control

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and damaged items immediately.

  2. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and supporting photos.

We will review claims individually and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, customers may receive:

  • A replacement option

  • Store credit

  • Refund for unavailable items

Wellness Product Care

Certain wellness products may be sensitive to heat, cold, or prolonged transit times. Customers are encouraged to retrieve packages promptly after delivery.

Alivea Wellness is not responsible for damage caused by packages left unattended after delivery confirmation.
